Learn how to upload a bulk file in our ftp site, promisepoint.files.com as an ftp administrator. 

We recommend to use files.com when doing overnight bulk files. The upload bulk load feature in PASS is recommended for outside this process.

Or follow these quick steps:

• Log into promisepoint.files.com
• Click on the user_bulk_load  file located in your site's folder (or ensure you are in this folder)
• Click the upload button
• Select the .csv file to upload from your computer's file folder
• When the file displays in the user_bulk_load folder it's ready to process

Note:  Files automatically process at 10AM, 2PM, and midnight MT.
